Human Interference

The humans impact the taiga in a few ways. We pollute the air causing acid rain to fall which makes the trees easily killed off by bugs. This alone can make the taiga less like a snowy forest from your dreams and more like a barren sheet of ice found on land. We also use the wood for lumber which leads to the previous statement. Already a few animals are going extinct there, like the bald eagle (national symbol), the wolverine (national hero), and the red fox (international popstar)
