How does this relate to Huckleberry Finn?

The characters in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, were quite tolerant of different beliefs. For instance, Jim's superstitions were not only tolerated, but believed. He did not say they were a religion, but he believed in them, as people believe in religion. Also, even though the characters were mostly Christian, they do not speak ill of other denominations, despite the differences.
