Planes
Most of the planes in WWII had machinegunners and machineguns on the top or the sides these were called machine gun nests. Planes in WWII had the flag of their country on their wings so the soldiers could recognize their planes and their enemies.


Most importantly in WWII the planes were also used as bombing planes.
These were big problem to the enemies like Poland and England.
The Germans had destroyed many cities like London and Kraków.
