Battle of Britian

In one particular battle the Royal Air Force of Britain was the hero of the battle. The battle was called Battle of Britain. On September 15, 1940 Germany launched a large bombing attack on the city of London. The Germans tried to start an invasion on Britain, the battle lasted about several months. The British Air Force didn't stop fighting back at the Germans. Hitler was getting frustrated how long it was going to take to defeat Britain so Hitler started bombing big city's like London. But the British didn't give up infact they soon fought back and used the advantage that they were fighting over their own territory and they had radars something Germans didn't have.
That is the reason the British won the battle.
