•President Jackson despised the Second Bank
•Jackson thought the bank had to much power
•The bank gave out loans called soft money
•Jackson with drawled the federal money and distrusted the money among "pet banks"
•In 1832 President Jackson vetoed the recharter Bill
•The bank went bankrupt
