His Paintings

Rivera started painting murals that were influenced by the Mexican and Russian Revolutions. Many showed the struggles and hardships do the civilians.

He painted many controversial political murals as well. One in particular, The Man at the Crossroads, was destroyed by the Rockefeller Family because they were so offended. This is shocking because the Rockefeller's were open to most art.
