In this document I dealt with the Definitions and Concepts branch of the mind-map at www.culturalcompetence.eu (depicted on the left. In addition some elements of research were mentioned. On the other hand not all topics of this branch of the mind-map were discussed, quotes by students were not mentioned and the exercises were limited to only three.
