Barrie also wrote a book based on Peter Pan called Peter and Wendy, which was published in 1911. The book earned raves from critics. Barrie also wrote Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens which was published in 1906. Today, there is a statue of Peter Pan that is in Kensington Gardens, in honor of the famous character.
