Where was Socrates born

Socrates was born in 470 BC in Athens Greece. He studied grammar, gymnastics, music, and he also was taught how to sculpt by his father. Tradition says that he was an exceptional artist. When he was about 12, One of Socrates friends asked the famous oracle Delphi, if there was anyone wiser then Socrates. Delphi simply answered "None".
