Solutions with a pH level greater than 7 are basic.
Solutions with a pH level of 7, no greater or less. The only known neutral solution is distilled water.
A pH scale is a measure of how acidic or basic a substance is, from 0 to 14. 0-7 is acidic, 7 is neutral, and 7-14 is basic.
