Disney has a record holding title for Academy Awards and nominations. He won 22 Oscars, and had 59 nominations. Of these awards, three were created just for him. One for creating Mickey Mouse, another for music in the field of animation, and lastly one traditional statuette, alongside seven miniature statuettes honoring "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". This is more than any other person in history.
