Honorability

- Samurai warriors we're very important to Japanese culture and Shintoism influenced them in an ubiquity of ways

- Shintoism gave the Samurai another way to be balanced and honor their own Bushido (warriors code) 

-Shinto would give the Samurai a bond to their ancestors and a feeling of pride greater than only being born into a Samurai family. 

-  By studying Buddhism and Shinto, Samurai became more disciplined and could have clear minds as well as focus more on their training to fulfill their duties.
