Saint Sebastian
Saint Sebastian died January 20, 287 A.D.
He joined the army of the emperor Carinus, later becoming a captain under Diocletian.
When it was discovered that he was a Christian who had converted many soldiers, Sebastian was ordered to be killed by arrows.
He was found alive and helped to recovery by fellow Christians, when the emperor found out he told guards to beat him to death and throw him into the sewer .
