The Antarctic Plate

Here is info on the Antarctic Plate.

The Antarctic Plate is located along the continent Antarctica and extends to oceans nearby. There isn't too much activity there, but scientists have found underwater volcanoes in the plate; they have erupted. There are eight volcanoes there that have erupted. The Marie Byrd Seamounts (their name) are a group of eight large volcanoes spanning the seafloor offshore of West Antarctica, on the Antarctic plate. Scientists have collected solid lava rock from the volcanoes.
