The Social Justice Issues

1.) Ensuring Healthy Development for All Youth

These two social justice issues go hand in hand. Promoting healthy development of youth calls for opportunities that aren't always afforded to inner city kids due to low incomes and funding. It doesn't do the kids justice, because there are so many of them with amazing talents outside of sports and they should have the same opportunities to follow their own dreams, not just the ones that are allotted to them.

2.) Achieving Equal Opportunity and Justice

The LCCC does an amazing job in striving to give the inner city kids of downtown Louisville a healthy environment to grow and learn while also branching them out to discovering new ideas and skill sets such as Musical Theatre and other branches of the Fine Arts.
