Black Walnut, also known as eastern black walnut, is a plant typically found in central and eastern parts of the United States, and usually grows as scattered individual trees. It's growing season ranges from 140 days to 280 days in western Florida. It usually flowers around mid-April in the South or until early June, depending upon latitude.
