What Did Eichmann's Early Career Consist of?

After deciding to turn his involvement with the SS into a career, Eichmann attempted to become a part of the Security Police.

Eichmann moved to Berlin in November, 1934 so that he could fulfill his new job at the "headquarters of the Sicherheitzdienst (SD)."

Adolf and one of his superiors, Herbert Hagen, studied the idea of "massive Jewish emigration from Germany to Palestine," later writing a paper on how this idea would not yield economic success and go against Germany's goal to prevent the formation of a new Jewish state.

Eichmann moved back to Austria in 1938 to assist Germany in organizing "SS Security Forces in Vienna." Once this task was fulfilled, Eichmann was chosen to lead the Central Office for Jewish Emigration by the SS leadership.
