~Animal Adaptations~

The Saharan Cheetah: Is an endangered species that is nocturnal. Being nocturnal allows them to hunt for prey at night so they are able to survive the hot climate.

Dromedary Camel: They eat off of desert plants and vegetation. To survive in the heat, the camel stores fats, not water in their hump. This allows them to eat an excessive amount of food to hold them over for later.
