My artist is Mary Cassatt, she was born in Allegheny, (Pittsburg )Pennsylvania on May 22, 1844. She was a painter and a printmaker. Mary was evolved with American Impressionism, impressionism, and modern art. Mary Cassatt's family was not into art at all they even objected when she said she wanted to become a famous artist. Mary went to art school at the Pennsylvania academy of fine arts but then later because of the male students and teachers behavior she soon left school.she died June 14,1926 Paris,France
