Physical- can change your appearance (due to rashes and sores) and if one has the late stage it can physically make the body weak

Social- it could make you have self esteem issues due to rashes and sores and make you not want to be seen. One could also be afraid of what others will think of them

Emotional- One may become disappointed that they contracted syphillis and hate themselves

Spiritual- Contracring syphillis or any STD could make one become disappointed in God and stray away from their faith

Intellectual- Dementia makes you have a forgetful memory and later leads to Alzheimer's.
