Their day would begin at 3am in the morning. Then they would go eat breakfast which was usually pottage. After that they would work on the fields till dawn. Then take care of the animals, the house , and another thing that needed to be done till dusk. Then they would eat dinner, the woman would eat after her husband and children are done and had leisure time.

Routine
