In Salesforce, Email is Added to Lead, or Needs to Be Resolved

After an email is sent with a Salesforce BCC, it appears in Salesforce instantly. It will update an opportunity or lead, or you will need to set the email to a lead or opportunity if the email address isn’t associated.
