Regina is the unofficial leader of the other two girls, Karen and Gretchen. Gretchen is the loyal follower, and Karen is "the dumbest person you will ever meet." Regina is dating Aaron Samuels on and off, the hottest guy in school.

Cady Heron

Cady is the new girl who is invited to be friends with Regina and the others. She has always been homeschooled, and this is her first time in a public school. At first Cady agrees to be friends with them so she can learn all their secrets, but soon enough falls for Regina's ex and becomes one of the "plastics".
