Poke is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine. Traditional poke seasonings have been heavily influenced by Japanese and other Asian cuisines. These include soy sauce, green onions, and sesame oil. Our poke bowl concept is modeled after Chipotle to quick service customers in a similar style.

The Draw of poke is that it is a very fresh, very nutrient packed meal/snack that is quickly gaining popularity in the West Coast and slowly making its way in the east.
