Raymond and Joe have been in the business of bringing fresh hip Asian-inspired concepts to the larger Asian-American & American base since 2011.

They started with LimeRed Teahouse, bringing bubble tea inspired beverages and desserts to Western Massachusetts in Amherst and Northampton.

Then they founded Limoo Tea Bar in Boston; the East Coast’s first alcoholic bubble tea bar and Mediterranean/Asian fusion.

Currently in the works is also a collaboration to bring a Japanese hot pot concept to Foxwoods.
