After the taster is over, if the user chooses not to remove. A message should come up saying that the photos can be removed later. We should be able to even send a push when the user runs low on space saying. "IceCream has safely backed up x photos, would you like to remove them from your local storage now to free up space"?

If there are original images backed up to the cloud which have not been removed, the taster should count those photos and only back up additional photos required to fill the quota. Right now, if you run the taster and decide later to delete you have to back up different photos.

Special UI Should continue to prompt the user to delete photos that have been backed up. On the photos screen "You are ready to free up space for 250 photos now <button>"

We should do an initial automatic backup so that the taster runs almost instantly for the user and so that we can offer to immediately free up space when the users device is full.
