1) Build the demo into the tour so that the user can see how it works. And take away the free up space button. Just show the uploader working.

2) Focus focus focus... can we get by on just being the best app for saving space

3) Should we build in complete interoperability with the regular camera. So that photos taken in IceCream appear in your system camera roll, and also after shrinking photos the shrunk photos also appear in the camera roll?
