Exercise 1: Create 3 new Landowner Hotline tickets
LO Hotline, Agent Task Dashboard
-Include your Phone # for all tickets
-The first ticket should be that a landowner requested his/her lawn to be mowed
-The second ticket should capture the landowner’s follow-up call regarding the lawn mowing
-The third ticket should be about the landowner calling to say that whoever mowed ran over the landowner’s poodle
Exercise 2: Add the second ticket (follow-up call) as a note to the first ticket (request for mowing)
Exercise 3: Link the third ticket (ran over poodle) to the first ticket (request for mowing)
