At Thrinakia, they were warned not to eat Helio's cattle. Odysseus' men couldn't resist and so they ate the cattle. They land at Thrinka and Odysseus speaks to princesses. Helio said that all who ate the animals will die. Tiresias, the blind prophet, gave Odysseus warnings about his journey home.
