-Hitler began to notice Speer's work so he assigned Speer as his personal architect.

-Hitler would sketch out what he wanted done and Speer would get the job done.

-Designed the parade grounds, Nazi flags, searchlights, and the Nümberg party congress.

-Redesigned the Berlin stadium and Hitler's political headquarters.

-Became minister of armaments and munitions in 1942.
