The Ghost Army carried these inflatable tanks and put them across the area of Pas-de-Calais. The code-name for this deception was Operation Bodyguard. They said they were going to attack Pas-de-Calais because it was right next to France, which was where they were invading so they could take back Paris and invade Germany.
