Hor d'oeuvres are an essential to any cocktail party. Hor d'oeuvres basically finger foods that are usually served on fancy platters. Popular hor d'oeuvres included stuffed deviled eggs, crab and shrimp cocktails, caviar rolls, and oyster toast.
