Threads of Feeling is a museum exhibition about the Foundlings Hospital that operated from the mid 1700’s to the mid 1900’s. The exhibition showcases the journals, letters, and records of the 16000 children who were abandoned and subsequently rescued by the Foundlings Hospital. The exhibition was organised in order to represent the nature of the relationships between children and parents in the Romantic era, as well as the representation of the forgotten people of the era.
