Difference between fitness and a healthy lifestyle
Most people assume that fitness and a healthy lifestyle is the same thing but, in fact there is a difference. You could be fit yet, not have a healthy lifestyle. Fitness focus's on weight loss and muscle tone while, on the other hand a healthy lifestyle is where all the systems in the body are functioning well. The thing is that, people may be eating well and exercising but, struggle with weight, digesting food and may have frequently been injured or is in pain. Apparently, having a diet and exercising aren't the only things that keeps you body functioning. There are important things people often don't use in their exercising routine, people need to think of the human body in different way. Instead of thinking about all the fat and muscle ratios, we need to think of fitness and a healthy lifestyle as finding a better state being everyday.
