Liberty: The Reign of Terror achieved liberty because the people under the new French government had more freedom and now elected their own prime ministers.

Equality: The Reign of Terror achieved equality because the rich were treated the same as the poor by the government. Also, everybody could vote to elect the next prime minister.

Fraternity: The Reign of Terror achieved fraternity because citizens of France became a lot more trusting, and all of France stuck together as a united nation.
