Robert Fulton's steamboat

Robert Fulton was the person that created the first steam boat. Robert Fulton was born on November 14, 1776 and became an engineer and had wanted to have a better way for transportation of people and goods, and this is where the steamboat came in.The steamboat was created in 1806 and made its first voyage in 1807 the steamboat had a big impact on the north because the boat transported things/people between New York City and New York Albany
