Case Study B

Mitochondria is the organelle that is being targeted by the virus. I know this because Olivia is having high glucose levels which means there is not that is breaking down the sugar molecules which is the Mitochondria function is to break down the sugar molecules. Without the sugar molecules not breaking down it's not providing her with energy is why she has muscle fatigue. Since I knew that the sugar were not breaking down that tells me that the Mitochondria is the one being attacked by the virus that's how I ruled out the other possibilities. The methods that I used were process of elimination and common sense.
