A the oldest girl in the family you had to set the standard for the 8 sisters to follow. As you must know you set the bar really high. Even if you disappointed mom for not becoming the darling ballerina she had pictured for her first daughter, I think she is thrilled at the way you turned out. I think she may still hope one day to see you in that tutu.

Of course i will show great restraint in not mentioning the abuse you subjected your two wonderful, innocent older brothers. It probably just toughened us up for the real world.

Thank you for being the ultimate hostess and providing your home for the many parties and festivities our little family has enjoyed. We hope to see many more in the future.
