How do you find the Osmolarity of vegetables?

You find the 0% of change and whatever concentration of sucrose its at at that point is the Osmolarity level.

Osmolarity of Potato

The 0% mark was at the .2 sucrose concentration level, so the Osmolarity of the potato is .2!

Osmolarity of Sweet Potato

The 0% mark was at .9 sucrose concentration level (because .8 was -3% and 1.0 was 3%) so the Osmolarity is .9 for the sweet potato.

Osmolarity of Beet

The 0% mark wasn't anywhere to be found in our experiment, so we can only hypothesize that the Osmolarity of the beat is somewhere above 1.
