Picture Frame

This picture frame is a gliding joint because it contains a piece which glides up and down like a gliding joint would. This frame makes a flat back slide and adjust to the picture against another flat surface. In conclusion, these are all gliding joints because they allow gliding movements between flat surfaces as the surfaces slide over one another.
