Aushwitz and its prisoners became used to everyday mass killing, ainly gas atacks ade of Zylon-B.

In Aushwitz it was rare to see a child, most were killed upon arrival, if not they were shot on sight. If neither of these things happened they would be sent to Joseph Mengele and would wish they had died before meeting the "Angel of Death"
