Why they are endangered

In the 1959's, thousands of the thriving the tigers were killed of because they were thought to be pests. The animals were also hunter for their expensive fur as well. In 1929 the Chinese government made a no hunting law, but it was already too late. Only 30-80 tigers are estimated to be left today.
