The facts/details that surprised me that I would have to go to school for 8 years, after high school. They say "in the blink of any eye" because the eye is the fastest muscles in the body. The average human blinks about 4,200,000 times a year.

I honestly love, love, love this career. It means I get to help others on one the most important things of the human body, and I have patient care towards others, I love seeing all the glasses and bring able to try them on everytime I visit the eye doctors.
