HELLO!

MY NAME IS RYDER RIDGECROFT

I use the word “simulated” to describe my life, because I have spent the better part of 15 years studying philosophy, spirituality, science fiction, the meaning of life, and currently, I am a student of New Media, forging my education in the Virtual Arts. Each of these pursuits have brought into question the notion of “what is real,” and thus the consideration that life is a simulation of reality and possibly not as “real” as we imagine. It has become my experience and my conclusion, while our existence is seemingly very real, with all the attendant feelings of pain acutely felt and the abundance of human suffering regardless of  status, wealth, good fortune, or abject poverty, none of it is ever as it appears.
