ODA

Russia

In 2014, total Russian ODA was $876 million.

That's an increase of 39% in real terms from 2013.

OECD claims the sharp increase in one year is due to debt conversion operations in Cuba, DPRK, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

$240 million of the ODA to these 4 states is meant for long-term development projects.

ODA mainly to members of the CIS.
