Conclusion

I thought that the potato changed was because of the climate and the salt. The salt mixed in with the moisture of the potato made the salt dry as the potato dried and made the odor that the potato had. The climate made the potato turn different color because you know chicken starts out all slimy well as the heat cooks it it gets harder. But that didn't happen to the potato because one the salt was covering it, and two it wasn't that hot for it to actually cook.
