Thesis Paragraph
The United States of America played a significant role on the other half of the globe during the Twentieth century. The United States used it's power to safeguard its national interests in the Middle East and in other areas as well. The results of U.S. foreign policies around the world through the this time had varied, and created new friends and foes. This is inherent in the contradictory interest the United States pursuing each region. Some national interests are in some ways contradictory to each other. Sometimes it is stated that the U.S. intervenes for the good of others but often times it benefits them as well. The varied results and impact of United States foreign policies have created adversaries of whoch some are so great they hate America so much they conduct terrorist attacks within the U.S.. The issue of whether the United States’ foreign policy specifically in the Middle East has created the terrorism threats that the United States faces today is made up of many "what ifs" but is fundamental to retaining information in which one can aver from making the same mistakes twice. During the Twentieth Century America began rapidly involving themselves in foreign affairs and creating foreign policies which in turn created outcomes that became both good and bad for the U.S. And essentially changed the ways of American life and responsibility today.
