Spring typically last from August to mid October. During spring time, hundreds of wild flowers and plants come into bloom and cover certain parts of the country.

Fall is not a season in South Africa.

Summer's begin in the later half of October and last until February. There is very little rainfall and it is typically very hot during this time.

Winter in South Africa is from May to July. They are not nearly as cold as they are here. During the day, the average temperature is in the high 60's and at night it can drop to the 40's.
