Grass

The upper epidermal layer which is usually clear is protecting the palisade mesophyll layer, which is the green that can be seen. The thick clear line underneath where the pointer is pointing is where the vascular bundle is inside the grass. There are thousands and thousands of stomas in between those lines that are all over the piece of grass. There are spangly mesophyll cells bouncing around in the air in the middle of the grass. The last part of the grass is the lower epidermal layer that is the same as the top, but at the bottom.
