Countries that don't support education

Some people don't go to school because: poverty (the most common) or they have to walk miles so their parents think it's too much of a risk ( I don't blame them)
In 2005 there were less than 10% of african kids that were then allowed in the school system. In 2005 40% of children in africa do not attend primary school. There are 46 million kids in africa that have never stepped into a classroom. This is because not a lot of people come to parts of africa. In some places in africa they are not as technologically developed as New york or Turkey etc.
